Over my working life corporate clients have benefited from my experience working with senior and executive teams, both coaching individuals, facilitating team working and overall people development across their business. I have a particular passion to offer guidance and support to SME Owners and Directors on business strategy, growth, efficiencies, people matters and finding the balance between work and home life, from a business and personal coaching point of view.  An external objective overview that is sometimes so difficult when you are in the thick of things.
